  Went to Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi on a Friday looking for a used car worked with John to get a good used car but some how John and the team at Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi offered to get me a new 2021 Mirage. They gave me time to think about getting a new car and showed me the benefits. I really can't say how they where able get me approved for a new car but they did I called them today and pick up my car. John and team at Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi is awesome. It's great to find a dealership that has a great team of people. John is great he was laid back and easy to talk too. They all made it a fun and relaxing experience to buy a car.   Best dealership around. Corbin was wonderful. Made sure we didn't leave unsatisfied. Was not pushy. Very up front and honest will be doing business again. The sales manager who worked with us along side of Corbin was great as well. Also gave us more for our trade in than anyone else offered

  Leigh Ann was wonderful! She was extremely patient and worked hard to get me a car that had great gas mileage and low monthly payments. My new payment and interest rate is awesome and the car is cute. I have never had an issue with these guys. I've been to the one in Dalton twice and the level of customer service here at the Chattanooga location is just as impeccable. Come see Leigh Ann she's the best.

  went on Saturday to see what my options were on a trade in and right away I was greeted by Luis. Luis explained all the futures on the car along with providing the car history. Right away we went on a test drive. Luis was nothing, but kind and courteous. As a first time buyer I had so many questions and luckily Luis took the time to explain everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed during the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive off with the car.
